Meet Diane Dolack Brown
Hi, I’m Diane — a Licensed Master Aesthetician and founder of FACEit Aesthetics Med Spa. The majority of my career as a skincare specialist was spent in St. Louis, MO. I’ve provided services in a variety of spa settings. I’ve relocated to my hometown, and I’m excited to provide professional skin care services to the greater Cadillac area.
I created our new spa space with one goal in mind: to help people feel confident, cared for, and comfortable in their own skin.
My passion for skincare goes beyond beauty alone. I believe healthy skin is connected to relaxation, wellness, self-care, and confidence. That’s why every treatment at FACEit Aesthetics Med Spa is customized to meet your individual skin needs while also creating a calm, welcoming experience where you can relax and unwind.
I love combining advanced skincare treatments with a more holistic approach to skin health. Whether you’re looking for hydration, anti-aging support, acne care, corrective treatments, or simply time to relax and recharge, my goal is to help you achieve healthy, radiant skin in a way that feels personal and natural.

When I’m not in the treatment room, I enjoy spending time with my family, my grandkids, and my dogs. Faith, family, and caring for others are at the heart of everything I do, and I strive to bring that same warmth and kindness into every appointment.

Meet Kimberly Garrow
Kim Garrow, RN, BSN, is a highly skilled aesthetic nurse with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing and is currently completing her Nurse Practitioner degree. Throughout her career, she has worked under the supervision of a physician, providing advanced medical aesthetic treatments with a strong focus on safety, precision, and natural-looking results.
Kim believes true beauty begins with whole-body wellness. She takes a personalized approach to care, combining evidence-based medical aesthetics with a commitment to helping clients achieve healthy, radiant skin and renewed confidence.
Her expertise includes neuromodulator injections as well as soft-tissue dermal fillers to restore volume and enhance facial features. She also specializes in skin rejuvenation treatments. Through Kim’s experienced medical spa care, she has delivered exceptional patient results in collaboration with physicians.
